Beef Bolognese
With Fresubin Protein POWDER
Ingredients for 1 serving:
* 90 g | Spaghetti (dry weight) |
* 200 g | Ready to use Bolognese |
* 2 teaspoons (10 g) | Parmesan |
* 1 teaspoon (5 g) | Olive oil |
* According to your taste | Salt, pepper and oregano |
* 2 scoops | Fresubin Protein POWDER |
1. Cook the spaghetti. Once the spaghetti is cooked through drain them and keep them warm.
2. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add a teaspoon of olive oil and the prepared Bolognese. Warm the sauce over medium heat.
3. Allow the Bolognese to cool down. Divide into 2 servings and stir in 2 scoops of Fresubin Protein POWDER and 2 teaspoons of parmesan per serving right before eating.
4. Serve each portion of pasta with the bolognese sauce on top.
5. If you plan to refrigerate and reheat the leftovers do not add Fresubin Protein POWDER to all servings. Wait to add until after you reheated it and have allowed it to cool down to an eatable temperature.
