Creamy broccoli soup

With Fresubin Protein POWDER

Ingredients for 4 servings:

* 2 cups (475 ml) Ready to use vegetable broth
* 8 florets (220 g) Chopped broccoli
* 1/2 (50 g) Chopped onion
* 235 ml Whole milk
* 2 tablespoons (30 g) All-purpose flour
* 115 g Shredded Cheddar cheese
* According to your taste Salt, pepper and oregano
* 12 scoops (3 per serving) Fresubin Protein POWDER

1. Bring broth to a boil. Add chopped broccoli and chopped onions. Cook for five minutes until broccoli is tender.
2. In a separate bowl, slowly add milk to the flour and mix until well blended. Afterward, stir it into the broccoli-onion broth.
3. Cook, stirring constantly until the soup is thick and bubbly. Add cheese, stir until melted, and finally add seasonings.
4. Portion 200 ml of the soup and let it cool until it is safe and comfortable to eat. Add 3 scoops of Fresubin Protein POWDER per serving right before eating.
5. If you plan to refrigerate and reheat the leftovers do not stir Fresubin Protein POWDER in right away. Wait to add until after you have reheated it and allowed the soup to cool down to an eatable temperature.
