Preparation
- Finely grate the chocolate coating. Finely crumble up the gingerbread and mix with the Fresubin Energy Fibre DRINK Chocolate. Mix the sugar and ice cream powder into the gingerbread mixture.
- Fold in the whipped cream and freeze. Stir regularly during freezing.
