Ingredients for 2 servings

* 100 gMacaroni (dry weight)
* 180 mlWhole milk
* 1 tablespoon (15 g)All-purpose flour
* 150 gShredded Cheddar cheese
* According to your tasteSalt and pepper
* 4 scoops (2 per serving)Fresubin Protein POWDER

1. Bring salted water to boil over high heat in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Warm 140 ml of the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Place the remaining milk and flour in a small bowl and whisk together, add this mixture to the boiling milk. Continue whisking gently until the milk
thickens slightly to the consistency of heavy cream.
3. Begin mixing handfuls of cheese into the milk. Stir until all the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
4. Portion the sauce into two even parts. Afterward add 2 scoops of Fresubin Protein POWDER per serving.
5. Place the pasta and the cheese sauce in a large bowl. Stir to coat the pasta evenly.
6. If you plan to refrigerate and reheat the leftovers do not stir Fresubin
Protein POWDER in right away. Wait to add until you have reheated it and have allowed cooling down to an eatable temperature.
