50 mlFresubin 2 kcal DRINK Toffee
50 mlfull-fat milk (3.5% fat)
1egg yolk
1 tbspsugar

Preparation

  1. Pour Fresubin 2 kcal DRINK Toffee and milk into a casserole dish and warm up. Mix egg yolk and sugar and add the mixture to the casserole dish stirring constantly.
  2. Cook until the crème leaves a coat on the cooking spoon. Sieve the crème and allow to cool.
