| 5 tbsp. | Water |
| 1 heaping tbsp. (about 30 g) | Hazelnut paste |
| Small piece | Vegan chocolate |

If desired, you can turn the hazelnut panna cotta out onto a plate before serving. To do this, briefly immerse the mold in hot water, then use a small knife to separate the panna cotta from the edges of the bowl. You can also garnish it with fresh fruit and drizzle lightly with maple or agave syrup.
