Ingredients

50 mlFresubin 2 kcal Fibre DRINK Chocolate
140 gflour
120 gbutter or margarine
3eggs
140 gsugar
10 gbaking powder
1 tbspcocoa powder (heaped 15 g)

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and mix.
  2. Pour in Fresubin 2 kcal Fibre DRINK Chocolate and melted butter/margarine.
  3. Pour mixture into madeleines moulds and bake for 10 minutes in a  preheated oven at 180 °C.
