Festive chocolate cream
with Fresubin Energy Fibre DRINK Chocolate
Ingredients
| 100 ml | Fresubin Energy Fibre DRINK Chocolate |
| 40 g | plain chocolate coating |
| 10 g | butter |
| 2 g | gelatine (1 sheet) |
| 10 g | cream (30 % fat) |
| 1 g | gingerbread spice (a pinch) |
Preparation
- Dissolve the chocolate coating and the butter in a bain-marie. Add the softened gelatine. Mix with Fresubin Energy Fibre DRINK Chocolate.
- Season with the gingerbread spice. Fold in the whipped cream and chill.
